Short Description:
DIMENSIONS:
Tabletop 3000x1500 mm with 200 mm high side walls. Both tabletop and side walls are 15.0 mm thick.

HOLE SYSTEM:
Milled and chamfered holes, System 28 mm, 100x100 mm grid, engraved scale/grid.

MATERIAL:
S355 J2+N Steel (high-strength structural steel).

REINFORCEMENTS:
Internal ribbing (160x6 mm plates) spaced every 40 cm for maximum stability.

TOLERANCES:
Maximum deviation of 0.5 mm per 1 m length. Maximum angular deviation of 0.5°.

LEGS:
80x80x3 profile, bolted, height-adjustable with swivel feet. Adjustment range: 85–90 cm.

PRICE:
The price includes the table with standard metal-base legs (wheels are not included in the base price). Swivel castors with various load capacities are available as an option for an additional fee. We issue full VAT invoices.

Detailed Description:
Our tables are manufactured from high-grade S355J2+N steel. Using harder steel significantly reduces the risk of premature hole wear and ensures superior structural durability. All holes are precision-milled and chamfered, ensuring the highest quality fit for your tooling. The side walls are also made of S355 steel and feature a double row of holes.

The flatness of our tables stays within a maximum tolerance of 0.5 mm per meter. Typically, for a table of this size, we achieve a precision of 0.2 mm per meter, making them virtually perfectly flat. The surface is covered with a mill scale layer for excellent initial corrosion protection. Additionally, every table is treated with a professional anti-spatter agent with a corrosion inhibitor before shipping. [Our welding tables are not plasma nitrided.]

Solid internal ribbing guarantees the necessary rigidity, even when welding heavy or complex components. We also offer a full range of professional tools and accessories.
