The LCW 3000W is a compact and versatile 4-in-1 handheld laser system designed for high productivity and user-friendly operation. The machine combines welding, laser cleaning, cutting, and weld seam cleaning functions, making it suitable for production, repair, and service applications.

The unit is built around a Raycus 3000W fiber laser source and equipped with an industrial water chiller, ensuring stable operation and high reliability. The touchscreen control system allows the operator to quickly set parameters, save working modes, and receive real-time fault and warning information. An operator control panel is also included for convenient parameter adjustment during operation.

The laser head is designed for welding and cleaning, with optical protection and support for different welding modes, including spot welding, continuous welding, fish-scale welding, and full seam welding. The weld seam is smooth, neat, and aesthetically finished. The machine also allows removal of rust, paint, resin, oil, dirt, and oxide layers from the surface.
