This universal automatic slicer is designed for cutting meat, poultry, game, fish, cheese, vegetables and fruit into slices, strips or cubes. It is suitable for both fresh and frozen products.
The cutting length is continuously adjustable, making the machine highly versatile. It is an ideal portioning machine for butcher shops, slaughterhouses and small to medium-sized meat processing companies.
