The furnace was professionally dismantled from a working cleanroom environment. All wiring and connections are carefully labeled for easy reassembly by the buyer.
Note for full transparency: Two internal graphite heating elements were damaged during the dismantling process and will require replacement. Otherwise, the equipment is 100% complete and ready for immediate relocation.

Der Ofen wurde professionell aus einer funktionierenden Reinraumumgebung (Cleanroom) demontiert. Alle Kabel und Anschlüsse sind für einen einfachen Wiederaufbau durch den Käufer sorgfältig beschriftet.
Transparenzhinweis: Zwei interne Graphitheizelemente wurden beim Demontageprozess beschädigt und müssen ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten ist die Anlage zu 100 % komplett und sofort abholbereit.

Internal graphite box for precise guidance of process gases. Equipped with post-cleaned graphite components. Automatic control of the entire process sequence.
