PANASONIC TM-1800

This offer presents a robotic welding cell, which includes a Panasonic TM-1800 welding robot with a WG4 controller, along with two workstations equipped with single-axis welding positioners. The workstations, measuring 1200x800 mm, are positioned opposite the robot, with the fixtures located 800 mm above the floor. The entire cell is mounted on a common structural base, allowing it to be easily relocated anywhere within the production facility using a forklift.
Safety is managed by a system incorporating limit switches installed on a sliding partition and service access doors. If a limit switch is triggered on the side where the robot is currently operating, both the robot and the positioner will come to an immediate stop.
A fume extraction hood with ductwork will be installed above the cell to capture welding fumes generated during the robot's operation. A filtration unit, featuring an automatic filter-cartridge cleaning system, will be positioned next to the cell.
The cell is equipped with a Panasonic TAWERS welding system, which integrates a 350A MIG/MAG inverter power source directly with the robot controller. The robot is outfitted with a wire feeder, a welding cable package, a gas-cooled welding torch, and an anti-collision sensor.
