The GL 1000 PZZR is a multipurpose deburring machine equipped with four machining units to achieve the highest quality workpieces. The first abrasive belt unit and the two "Z" type oscillating and rotating units enable allow the workpiece to undergo surface grinding and normal and heavy deburring in the initial stage. The final rotating unit is used to fully finish the edges of the workpiece through heavy edge rounding. The layout of the units enables highly versatile use of the machine after machining processes such as plasma cutting, laser cutting, etc. The purpose of the abrasive belt is to collect excess material during the deburring or grinding process. It is the perfect solution whenever the so-called "flashes" and material burns occur, for example after laser cutting. The abrasive belt unit allows you to use various types of sandpaper for specific applications, purposes and results. The rotating unit, which is also used in the GL1000 PZZR, is ideal for heavy edge rounding with the possibility of achieving an R2 profile on tall workpieces.
