The Krumbein HGS 1/1 400 is a horizontal slicing machine designed for precise and uniform cutting of soft and airy products such as cakes, sponge cakes, pies, bread rolls, round loaves, brioche, éclairs, sweet rolls, sandwiches, brownies, sheet cakes and various other soft bakery products.
