Dynamic washers are machines used to wash moderately soiled and fragmented plastic waste such as: PP packaging, PVC, PET bottles, shredded big bags materials such as LLDPE,LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS
household chemical waste and many others

The washers offered by Koltex PRS are simple to operate and reliable devices, which can be configured into a more effective washing - dynamic cascade system (tandem - 2 x 30 kW 2 x 55 kW or 2 x 75 kW).

Multi-point water dosing to the screen washers (cleaning system) and active dirt extraction ensure more efficient operation, while dynamic feed movement is possible thanks to the rotating impeller blades. The extended screen section (1400 mm) considerably improves the washing quality and the drainage of excess water is ensured by the use of an acid-resistant steel screen. The use of 2 screen segments provides the washers with improved maintenance.
