This Inotec microcutter is a highly versatile machine, commonly used in the sausage and pet food industries. This inline cutter processes large quantities of product at high speed, producing a homogeneous mass while effectively mixing the ingredients at the same time.
The settings can be adjusted from coarse cutting to fine emulsions. The cutter is equipped with a large infeed hopper positioned at a convenient working height. This allows the product to be easily fed into the machine, directly from a bowl cutter if required.
The emulsifier is suitable for inline installation. The cutting set can be easily installed and removed. The cutting set is subject to minimal wear, ensuring a long service life. Temperature sensors help maintain consistent product quality.
The intuitive control panel allows for easy program configuration. The machine is mobile and can be moved as required.
