STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
We have designed the ST series of motorized hydraulic presses with a movable gantry and adjustable head, offering a range of three different capacities from 80 to 150 tons. Specifically designed for straightening welded structures and plates cut by oxy-fuel or laser.

Its design makes loading and unloading large volumes of parts, plates, or structures easy and efficient. It allows access to different pressure points without having to move the workpiece, thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal movement of the gantry.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
ST series hydraulic presses feature an electro-welded structure made exclusively from S355JR steel. After welding, the structure is stabilized and machined to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy. The design and calculations are conducted using finite element analysis software, consistently ensuring our high standards of precision and quality. The gantry moves longitudinally over the worktable.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear guides. The cylinder is operated via a lever-actuated hydraulic distributor. It comes equipped with a removable bolster to prevent piston damage. The hydraulic unit is motorized, features two speeds, and automatically switches from fast approach to pressing speed via hydraulic pressure; it is also equipped with a decompression valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
Electrical installation includes a motor guard and emergency stop. Presses are supplied with a glycerin-filled tonnage gauge and hydraulic oil. The machine fully complies with all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations. Each unit comes with an instruction manual.
