STANDARD DESCRIPTION:

Our SH series horizontal ram hydraulic press is available in three different force capacities ranging from 100 to 250 tonnes.

The horizontal hydraulic presses are specially designed for straightening and bending profiles, bars, and beams. The machine’s horizontal design enables easy handling of large beams and profiles. The new-generation HS series horizontal hydraulic press has evolved to offer versatile utilities, such as the option to fit a wide range of tooling.

They operate at a hydraulic pressure below 350 BAR to ensure greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
SH series horizontal straightening hydraulic presses feature an electro-welded “C” frame structure made exclusively from S355JR steel. The machine is stabilized and machined upon completion of the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision. The structure is fully designed and analyzed using finite element software, ensuring our high standards for robustness, precision, and quality are consistently met.

They are equipped as standard with a main anti-rotation push cylinder and a rear support table, both made from high-strength steel and machined with DIN 650 T-slots. Standard equipment includes support blocks made from C45E steel. Two height-adjustable roller guides are also standard, one positioned on each side.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
Double-acting cylinder with honed cylinder barrel, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear guides. The cylinder is controlled via a lever-operated hydraulic distributor and features a removable block to prevent piston damage. The hydraulic unit is motor-driven and single-speed.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
Fitted with a motor protection switch and emergency stop. Delivered with a glycerine-filled tonnage gauge and hydraulic oil.
Compliant with all essential health and safety requirements in accordance with CE regulations. Supplied with an instruction manual.

• Basic feed rails from 3,000 mm to 12,000 mm, height-adjustable.
