We have designed the motorized hydraulic presses of the R/NC rigid frame series with a range of six different capacities, from 80 up to 500 tons.
Specifically developed for stamping, die-cutting and deep drawing operations.

The latest generation R series hydraulic presses have evolved into versatile machines, now capable of being integrated into automatic production lines.
They operate with hydraulic pressure below 320 BAR to ensure maximum durability of the entire hydraulic system.

R/NC series drawing and stamping presses feature an electro-welded structure manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stabilized and machined after welding to guarantee perfect parallelism and accuracy, calculated and designed using finite element software. With this, we always ensure our high standards of precision and quality.

They are equipped with an upper and lower table made of C45E steel, both machined and fitted with DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table ensures perfect parallelism via four lateral cylindrical guides with maintenance-free, low-friction bimetallic bushings.

Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chrome-plated ram, and maintenance-free wear guides.

Two-speed, motorized hydraulic power unit with automatic disengagement of rapid speed. Cylinder includes a decompression valve.

Standard features include a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4'' touch screen (model MTP-400) located on top of the electric foot pedal. This allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic modes, tonnage, stroke and dwell time of the upper cylinder. Up to 99 programs can be stored, with all values individually set in each program.

The electric panel includes a selector switch for manual or automatic operation and a key switch for maintenance routines.

The electric and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitored. An additional safety block and self-checking devices are included for maneuver and safety control.

Delivery includes verification and certification of correct operation and safety distance for the safety light curtains.

For maximum protection, these machines are fitted with safety light curtains type 4 PLe on the front working area, two fixed side guards, and a hinged rear guard with magnetic safety switch, polycarbonate viewing panels and internal LED lighting.
Possibility to install a hydraulic cushion or ejector.
Compliance with all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE regulations.
