The CMV500 Vacuum CutMaster is an advanced industrial cutting and mixing machine widely used in the food processing industry. This cutter is ideal for processing meat, game, fish, poultry, vegetables, fruit, vegetarian products, pet food, and cheese.
Thanks to its powerful performance and efficient operation, it is perfectly suited for large-scale production of finely chopped and mixed products. The machine is equipped with a variable knife speed control, which can be adjusted according to the type of product, a vacuum system (for use with an external vacuum pump), and a 200 L standard trolley lift with ejector.
