Seria Dobot CRAS
equipped with SafeSkin for increased safety and higher efficiency. The CRAS series is an improved version of the CRA series. It offers the same features and performance as the CRA series and has been further enhanced with SafeSkin pre-collision detection technology for greater safety and more efficient collaboration.

Building on the CRAS series’ safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness, the CR16AS breaks the payload barrier of 16 kg, opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 1000 mm, the CR16AS meets the requirements for heavy-duty picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.
User-friendly design for faster implementation
The CR16AS utilizes the industry’s first dual-channel end effector design, which can be directly connected to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive monitoring of operating status.
More possibilities with high payload and large working radius.
The CR16AS offers a working radius of 1000 mm and a maximum payload of 16 kg. With an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR16AS operates more smoothly and has 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.
24 interface ports for greater flexibility
The CR16AS supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and can be seamlessly integrated with PLCs. It features 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN circuits, enabling easy application expansion.
High protection level for safe collaboration.
The robot housing and control unit achieve high IP54 protection class. In case of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. Additionally, the CR16AS is equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection, which reduces the end tool drophight in the event of a power failure.
