🔹 Cleaning Methods in Dürr Universal 71C
1. Spray Cleaning (Sprühen)
o Solvent or cleaning medium is sprayed under pressure onto the parts.
o Good for removing coarse contamination like oils, grease, and chips.
2. Flood Cleaning / Immersion Cleaning (Fluten / Tauchen)
o The cleaning chamber is filled so parts are completely immersed in solvent.
o Effective for complex geometries and blind holes.
3. Flood Washing with Rotation or Oscillation
o The basket with parts can rotate or oscillate in the filled chamber.

o Improves contact between solvent and surface for better cleaning.
4. Vacuum-Assisted Cleaning (Unterstützt durch Vakuum)
o Vacuum is applied during cleaning cycles.

5. Distillation of Solvent (Destillation)
